I have used in the past a number of online travel agencies that are provided on the internet and in almost all cases there was miscommunication plan discrepancies all around very little customer service. So I chose Cruise plan is who I've used in the past from this point forward and there's absolutely no mistakes great communication information provided as soon as needed and it was one of the best vacations that I've had I'll continue to use Cruise plan is on all my future vacations thank you Michelle flowers for providing us an opportunity to have a great fourth 40th anniversary

Michele helped my husband and I book a 9-night Mediterranean Cruise that started in Barcelona and then went to La Spieza, Santa Margherita, Nice, Marseille, Naples, and Rome. Every destination on the itinerary was fantastic, and Michele's recommendations for what to do in port were spot on. She also worked within our budget to find a cruise that we could afford along with flights too! This was our honeymoon so we really wanted a trip that was extra fun but also beautiful. This the best vacation we've ever had! Michele's dedication to ensuring we had the most incredible experience was truly above and beyond. The amount of research she did was evident—our hotel in Barcelona was absolutely perfect! She spent so much time on the phone with me planning and answering questions. She also was very easy to reach via email.
The cruise itself was unbelievable. From the moment we boarded, we were pampered beyond our expectations. We were even upgraded to a balcony room, which was an amazing surprise. The room was stunning, and the food was out of this world. Since she did such a great job booking, we even had the window seat in the dining room each night!!! We loved going to dinner and watching the ocean. It was the best seat in the whole restaurant!!!!!

We used cruise planners to book our honeymoon. This was the best vacation we've ever had! Michele was BEYOND dedicated to give us the best experience. She did so much research to help us have a nice hotel in Barcelona that met our price point. Additionally, this cruise was just unbelievable. 10 family members (husbands & wives - inlaws too) were treated to a superbly organised private bus 9 days holiday in southern Ireland. Michele Fowler did a fantastic job of arranging a special trip to Mexico for me and a friend to visit one of the winter Monarch Butterfly sanctuaries. It seems this is not an easy trip to arrange, unless you want to join a very expensive tour through World Wildlife Fund/Habitat, or a ‘much-longer-than-I-wanted’ tour through a different agency. She arranged for us to stay at the four-star Le Meridien Hotel in Mexico city, accommodations which far exceeded our expectations. The actual trip to the sanctuary was arranged through a local tour company called Viacon – our guide Manuel was extremely helpful and very friendly but professional. We hired him the next day to do some additional sightseeing. And the trip did not “break the bank†– it was very reasonable. And as Michele said herself, she “likes a challenge†and we gave her one! My wife and I just completed our first cruise and it was a great experience in large part to the work done by our travel agent Michele Fowler. Michele walked us through most of the preparation needed for the cruise such as insurance, boarding passes, luggage labels, parking at the port, scheduled all of our on board shows, our fine dining evening and was available the entire time of the cruise to answer all of the questions we had and give us direction on the many things that take place on a cruise. The day after we got back I contacted Michele to start the process of lining up our next cruise. Michele is a real super star in the industry and I thank her so much. We love our Alaskan Cruise with Carnival and we were so grateful for Michele and all she did to make it happen. I have many serious allergies that makes eating out challenging, but she worked with the cruise-line many times to ensure I would be taken care of. And sure enough, I was! Not only did I get to eat each meal without complications, but they went above and beyond to make it special and delicious for me. Michele was so helpful in getting us the best prices and getting our large group in at such short notice. We loved it! We could not have been happier!
